Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a change agent in cultural transformation, fostering reflection, exchange and experiences that challenge the status quo and drive the creation of more agile and innovative solutions by connecting new mindsets, processes, technologies, structures and business models.
Identify opportunities and diagnose needs, promoting actions that strengthen collaborative environments and stimulate continuous learning and innovation.
Develop and implement strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and drivers.
Actively participate in corporate initiatives and programs, aligning area needs with organizational strategies.
Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and challenges, proposing initiatives that enhance results and generate sustainable value.
Support and accelerate leadership development, strengthening leaders' ability to achieve results through people and building skilled, engaged, diverse teams aligned with the company purpose.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or another relevant field
Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in people management or related areas
Advanced Excel
Knowledge and experience across all HR subsystems
Generalist experience in Development, Compensation, Organizational Culture and related areas
Experience leading strategic projects
Preferred:
Familiarity with HR management tools and organizational strategy frameworks
Intermediate English
Analytical and data skills
Sense of urgency, systemic and strategic vision, and a collaborative working approach
