About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and evolve data-driven CRM strategies, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell activities.
Analyze customer and campaign data to generate actionable insights, designing A/B tests, purchase propensity models, and behavior and performance analyses, with a focus on continuous optimization of CRM strategies.
Analyze customer and lead behavior to improve the quality and qualification of leads delivered to the sales network.
Support the CRM team in defining strategies to increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value across the customer journey.
Create, maintain, and evolve dashboards and strategic KPIs in Power BI, ensuring a clear view of performance and business results.
Conduct exploratory, predictive, and diagnostic analyses using tools such as Python, SQL, and DAX.
Act as a key driver in fostering a data-driven decision culture, proposing continuous improvements, new metrics, and analytical hypotheses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in a field relevant to the role.
Postgraduate studies (in progress or completed) in related areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of HTML.
Experience in CRM, Analytics, BI, or related areas with a strong data focus.
Experience with Python for data analysis and analytical automation.
Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and business KPIs.
Experience with propensity models, advanced segmentation, scoring, and predictive analyses.
