About the role
- Register new employees in the HR system;
- Complete spreadsheets and perform checks/reconciliations;
- Assist candidates during the onboarding process by providing guidance and answering questions;
- Monitor the onboarding workflow, coordinating with various departments across the company;
- Work with a variety of software systems;
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Basic Excel
- Preferred: ongoing degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Preferred: knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Preferred: experience in HR or administrative routines
