Key responsibilities & impact

Execute financial routines related to the management of groups and commissions, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and standards.
Work on payment and receipt operations, reconciliations, cash flow, investments, assemblies, and group closures.
Create and maintain registries and controls for financial processes, including document verification, record organization, and updating procedures, instructions, and forms for the area, ensuring information flow and adherence to processes.
Prepare and consolidate financial reports and management information to support decision-making.
Monitor and update the area's operational indicators.
Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions for process evolution.
Handle audit-related requests, responding to and supporting the implementation and follow-up of action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration or related fields;
Knowledge of financial routines;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel;
Proactivity to propose improvements and contribute to the team;
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Newcon ERP and Power BI;
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools;
Interest in processes, continuous improvement, and automation;
Knowledge of consortia (consortium operations).
