About the role

  • Plan and assist in the operational excellence process, including Lean and Six Sigma (training calendar, certification forums, consolidation of metrics, program governance, mentoring and other related activities, etc.);
  • Develop content and instructional materials for operational excellence training to raise employees' knowledge;
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects using traditional and agile management methodologies, meeting applicable requirements;
  • Assist in the implementation of Production Systems in industrial operations, seeking to make processes continuously more optimized, efficient, and competitive;
  • Keep relevant documents and those under the area's responsibility up to date;
  • Analyze the indicators of continuous improvement activities and monitor the implementation and evaluation of results;
  • Develop and lead projects within the area of responsibility using appropriate methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields;
  • Project Management course;
  • Microsoft Office suite;
  • Lean tools;
  • Basic English;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Power BI;
  • Daily routine management - GRD;
  • Six Sigma - Green Belt or Black Belt;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence and experience with production and administrative process activities.
