About the role
- Handle technical support via telephone (SAC), WhatsApp, e-mail and digital platforms;
- Address questions and complaints in a technical and personalized manner, seeking solutions and customer satisfaction;
- Advise customers on the correct application of products and installation procedures;
- Support customers with product warranty claims, acting as an intermediary with retailers and distributors;
- Open service tickets and schedule technical service appointments, supporting the field technical consultant team;
- Provide support and analyze cases involving the need for reimbursement or refund of labor costs;
- Collaborate with the technical department to update documents, manuals and processes, and prepare reports and records of SAC activities.
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Automotive Systems, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Course or proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in areas such as mechanical workshops, auto parts, motorcycle parts, distributors or manufacturing companies in the sector.
- Knowledge of vehicles, their features and technologies;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Specialized courses in the area, such as SENAI, ETECs, etc.
