About the role
- Analyze financial statements from an economic and financial perspective, monitoring planned versus actual results and identifying the causes of any variances;
- Perform return analyses for investment projects, providing management with input to support decision-making;
- Prepare financial/result projections and simulations, defining how information will be collected from planning and monitoring actual results against forecasts;
- Evaluate strategic projects to ensure the quality of actions and alignment with planned objectives;
- Oversee the preparation of the matrix budget and investment plan, supporting departments with the information necessary for these processes to ensure quality and on-time delivery;
- Analyze the methodology and calculation of KPIs, as well as the relevance of developed action plans, to verify indicator accuracy against defined objectives;
- Analyze the strategic map from a trend versus results perspective, highlighting objectives that require review of performance and cause-and-effect relationships;
Requirements
- Postgraduate education in progress or completed;
- Training or knowledge in Controllership;
- Training or knowledge in advanced Excel.
- Differentials:
- Experience in cost accounting, controllership, FP&A and planning routines;
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;
- Knowledge of Spanish;
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- Experience in management consolidation.
