About the role
- Ensure access policies are aligned with corporate guidelines;
- Implement and maintain secure authentication mechanisms (MFA, SSO, passwordless);
- Integrate new applications with centralized authentication systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID);
- Review and adjust permissions in response to organizational changes;
- Investigate authentication failures and login issues;
- Respond to incidents related to access security;
- Document access processes and controls.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technology-related field.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect);
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA);
- Experience with directory and identity services (Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID);
- Preferable experience with automation (scripting, APIs for system integration).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate;
- Intermediate English;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to propose improvements;
- Organized with strong priority-management skills;
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects.
