About the role
- Prepare export documentation and goods pickup instructions;
- Conduct follow-ups with suppliers and customers;
- Analyze and manage invoicing processes;
- Obtain freight quotes, ensure the company's tax and customs compliance, and stay up to date with applicable legislation, among other related activities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed (International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Basic Excel skills.
- Experience with international trade operations;
- Knowledge of international logistics;
- English and/or Spanish;
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
