About the role
- Creation and maintenance of databases and audience segmentations
- Development of custom reports using SQL
- Configuration of HTML templates for emails and landing pages
- Development of AMPscript for content personalization
- Campaign execution and creation of multichannel automations and customer journey flows
- Data extraction and analysis
- Configuration of surveys in Salesforce Survey
- Building dashboards to display survey results
- Support in the continuous enhancement of CRM and Customer Experience strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in fields such as Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related areas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, automations, Email Studio, Journey Builder)
- Experience with Salesforce Survey and building dashboards
- Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Interest in CRM, automations, and journey personalization
- Interest in artificial intelligence applied to marketing
