About the role
- You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications, and acquisition
- Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences)
- Monitor and A/B test campaign sequences
- Lead qualification and nurturing via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io
- Track performance analytics and reporting
- Create content for LinkedIn
- Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot)
- Monitor performance KPIs
- Assist in organizing Tech/HR events
- Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow
- Optimize content for SEO
Requirements
- You are curious, analytical, and self-directed
- You are proficient with or comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow, and Customer.io
- You can establish a clear analytics approach (not just execute, but understand why and iterate to improve)
- You have a strong sense for content and an affinity for design or branding
- You are attracted to the startup environment and have a true test-and-learn mindset
