About the role

  • You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications, and acquisition
  • Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences)
  • Monitor and A/B test campaign sequences
  • Lead qualification and nurturing via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io
  • Track performance analytics and reporting
  • Create content for LinkedIn
  • Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot)
  • Monitor performance KPIs
  • Assist in organizing Tech/HR events
  • Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow
  • Optimize content for SEO

Requirements

  • You are curious, analytical, and self-directed

  • You can establish a clear analytics approach (not just execute, but understand why and iterate to improve)
  • You have a strong sense for content and an affinity for design or branding
