About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications, and acquisition
Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences)
Monitor and A/B test campaign sequences
Lead qualification and nurturing via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io
Track performance analytics and reporting
Create content for LinkedIn
Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot)
Monitor performance KPIs
Assist in organizing Tech/HR events
Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow
Optimize content for SEO

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are curious, analytical, and self-directed
You are proficient with or comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow, and Customer.io
You can establish a clear analytics approach (not just execute, but understand why and iterate to improve)
You have a strong sense for content and an affinity for design or branding
