IT Support

• Create an overview of current and future business and IT processes to establish and implement changes to the operational environment
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and have experience with integration architectures, architectural patterns, and Service Oriented Architecture within the context of Health and Human Services
• Recommend and participate in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) including design processes, architectural artifact requirements, and architectural best practices
• Lead the extended team in a collaborative manner, while driving to timelines and outputs
• Recommend and participate in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans and delivery roadmaps
• Recommend and participate in the development of data management strategy, data architecture, and data governance processes
• Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies
• Identify and recommend areas appropriate for further study and participate in any Proof of Concept projects
