About the role
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Open advertising job tickets for on-property signage and collateral
- Coordinate content creation and distribution for promotional materials, newsletters, menus and advertisements
- Work closely with inter-departmental teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign execution and marketing-advertising deliverables
- Assist in organizing and executing activations and promotions across numerous departments, including casino, hotel and F&B
- Assist with photo and video content shoots
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards
- Assist with internal and external communications, including social media, website, email marketing, and customer outreach
- Maintain and organize marketing file library, including image repository
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Gaming card (Registered with Gaming Control)
