About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and own the operating system for how Brand’s creative work gets produced
- Define processes, milestones, and ways of working that turn creative direction into shipped work
- Diagnose and remove bottlenecks across functions
- Absorb cross-functional complexity and protect creatives from organizational swirl
- Use AI to streamline intake, triage, status, reporting, and handoffs
- Partner with creative leads so operations and creative work complement each other
- Represent Brand across Ramp, scope incoming work, and involve Brand in projects early
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional organization; ability to manage 20+ live workstreams and keep everyone on track
- Cross-functional root-cause analysis and workflow optimization
- Track record building systems and automation
- Experience using tooling and AI to compress cycle time
- Metrics-driven approach to instrument delivery
- Hands-on, lean leadership
- Bias for improving ways of working without unnecessary process
- Operator-first background; candidates may come from product ops, biz ops, GTM ops, finance ops, or chief-of-staff roles
- Nice to have: experience scaling an in-house creative or content studio in a high-growth environment
- Nice to have: experience building AI-assisted operational workflows
- Comfortable working in-person at the NYC HQ at least 3 days/week is asked in the application form
