About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own agentic tooling and workflows for SDR prospecting and outreach, Solutions discovery and POV workflows, and channel partner execution
  • Define GTM data contracts, schemas, and pipelines
  • Own account scoring, routing, and assignment systems
  • Drive net-new data acquisitions that expand agent intelligence
  • Ensure data feeding AI tools is accurate and trustworthy
  • Build systems flexible enough to serve distinct GTM motions
  • Define success metrics and build evaluation frameworks, feedback systems, and dashboards
  • Use adoption and impact signals to improve the system
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Finance, and Sales leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of product experience, or 3–5 years of total experience in banking, consulting, deployment strategy, agent PM, GTM operations, or founding
  • Hands-on experience building with AI; prototyped, shipped, and iterated on AI tools or agents
  • Technical fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex
  • Working knowledge of prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluations
  • Judgment to translate LLM concepts into reliable products
  • Comfortable with SQL and confident reading data
  • Ability to perform independent analysis and make data-informed decisions
  • Curious systems thinker who learns quickly and defaults to building
  • Comfort with 0-to-1 ambiguity and ability to define problems and prioritize
  • Scrappy, opinionated, and low-ego working style
  • Nice-to-have: GTM fluency and operational empathy
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of CRM data models, sales engagement tooling, pipeline data, and intent signals
  • Nice-to-have: experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or data-quality-critical domains
  • Nice-to-have: ability to manage VP- and SVP-level stakeholders
  • Nice-to-have: curiosity about externalizing internal AI work
  • Comfortable working in-person at the NYC HQ at least 2 days/week
