In this hybrid role, 40% focused on high-impact field marketing events and 60% on engaging webinars and virtual experiences, you’ll be at the forefront of building brand presence and driving demand.
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in FinTech and demand generation, with the creativity to craft events that convert interest into measurable pipeline.
Integrate AI-driven insights and trends into event content to position Ramp as a leader in FinTech innovation.
Guide the Field Marketing team’s strategy and own programs that directly influence revenue while elevating Ramp’s voice in key markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, virtual events, or demand generation, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.
Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience.
Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive measurable pipeline impact.
Strong proficiency with marketing automation, webinar platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoom, Salesforce).
Experience integrating emerging technologies, including AI, into event content and marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze event performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
