About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
- Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines
- Identify and engage talent through X, portfolio sites, and other industry channels
- Build relationships with designers through referrals, events, and ongoing engagement with the design community
- Partner with our Design Program Manager and design team to strengthen Ramp's presence in the industry
- Improve how we hire by refining processes, leveraging new tools, and raising the quality of design recruiting at Ramp
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including experience hiring for Design roles
- Strong understanding of what differentiates great design talent
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a track record of earning trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and operational rigor
- An experimental mindset and a willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
- Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution
