About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
  • Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
  • High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
  • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Deep interest in understanding business challenges
  • Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
  • Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles (Nice to Haves)
  • Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) (Nice to Haves)
  • Experience with financial services sales (Nice to Haves)
  • Experience at a high-growth startup (Nice to Haves)
  • Ability to understand financial services (Nice to Haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (Nice to Haves)
