About the role
- Match customer understanding with business goals to deliver great products and experiences alongside a team of world-class designers and engineers
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Ramp’s new product offerings (currently in stealth)
- Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product
- Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experience
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function as Ramp scales
Requirements
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
- Minimum 3 years product management experience
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking
- Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions
- Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
