About the role

  • Implement new features for the Ralph platform, collaborating with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
  • Architect and develop cutting‑edge applications for the Ralph platform using Next.js, React, and other modern technologies to deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features within our full‑stack team — using modern tools such as React Server Components and React Server Functions.
  • Collaborate with the design team and the CEO to ensure the design aligns with the product vision and user needs.
  • Work with ambitious, motivated colleagues who are passionate about modern technologies and AI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Full‑Stack Engineer and in developing scalable web applications.
  • Able to hit the ground running with our tech stack.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams — including Sales and Design — gather feedback, and incorporate it into product development.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong knowledge in defining and implementing automated testing frameworks and best practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Proactive commitment to staying up to date with new technologies and industry trends and integrating new solutions meaningfully into existing workflows.
