Product Manager

• Shape the roadmap and product strategy across our core CRM + Recruitment platform and new product surfaces
• Talk to users weekly, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear priorities
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to define MVPs, manage trade-offs, and unblock progress
• Partner with engineering to instrument analytics, define success metrics, and share insights
• Build trusted relationships with large customers, translate their needs into scalable solutions, and balance commitments with long-term vision
• Prioritize fewer, more impactful bets; say “no” often and thoughtfully
• Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and CS to gather insights about the market and our customers
• Help define how Rally’s PM discipline scales, from rituals to documentation and hiring DNA

• Owning executive relationships and driving multi-threaded account plans
• Guiding consultative growth motion to maximize value for customers over time
• Developing strategic account planning and relationship mapping for top enterprise customers
• Engaging in annual and multi-year growth plans including expansions and upsells
• Partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to surface insights

Strategic Customer Success Manager

Backend Engineer

• Scale and evolve backend systems that manage hundreds of millions of participant records
• Own and mature critical infrastructure such as email/SMS delivery, data syncing pipelines, search APIs, and workflow automation
• Drive the evolution from 1→10, improving existing services to handle greater scale and tighter reliability requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, customer success, and the founding team
• Lead with technical vision and guide architectural decisions

• Build meaningful relationships with Research & Research Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
• Develop warm outbound strategies to identify and create opportunities across our target accounts
• Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales process and ensure a smooth handoff
• Research and understand the needs and pain points of our target accounts
• Become a Rally and Research Ops expert - and leverage that knowledge to help and advise prospects
• Improve our sales process and playbooks
• Be the voice of the prospect: Collaborate with Product to inform roadmap decisions, Marketing to inform positioning and messaging, and help Customer Success to create a smooth handoff and consistent customer journey

Sales Development Representative

• Onboarding & activation for new customers.
• Ongoing adoption, health monitoring, and renewal/expansion plays.
• Strategic conversations and relationship-building across exec sponsors, champions, and power users.
• Surfacing and synthesizing customer insights to guide product and design.

Account Executive

• Build meaningful relationships with Research & Research Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
• Develop warm outbound strategies to identify and create opportunities across our target accounts
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise companies, including discovery, demos, proofs of concept, negotiation, and closing
• Become a Rally and Research Ops expert - and leverage that knowledge to help and advise prospects
• Improve our sales process and playbooks
• Build sales collateral from scratch to support the sales process
• Be the voice of the prospect: Collaborate with Product to inform roadmap decisions, Marketing to inform positioning and messaging, and help Customer Success to create a smooth handoff and consistent customer journey
