About the role
- Manage relationships and provide training for key partners, including national accounts
- Support contract submission, validation, and maintenance processes for fitness partners
- Anticipate partner and customer needs, and proactively develop solutions
- Conduct network analysis and contribute to strategy development and execution
- Resolve member and gym escalations with timely, effective outcomes
- Deliver clear, consistent communication and training to external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in ambiguous or evolving business contexts
- Apply knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics to support fitness partnerships and member experience (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in client management, partnerships or operations
- 2+ years of experience in contract submission, validation, and maintenance
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
