About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Senior Account Manager in maintaining day-to-day client relationships and client satisfaction
- Participate in client meetings, capturing notes, tracking action items, and driving follow-ups to completion
- Ensure timely, accurate communication with clients while operating in a support capacity
- Partner with Product and Implementation teams to support onboarding and deployment activities
- Attend implementation and status calls and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Track milestones, document updates, and follow up on open items to keep work progressing
- Support execution of account plans defined by the Senior Account Manager
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Track dependencies, risks, and outstanding tasks, escalating when appropriate
- Support tracking of KPIs and account health metrics
- Compile reporting, status updates, and performance summaries
- Identify and flag risks, trends, or gaps to the Senior Account Manager
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including account reviews and presentations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through across workstreams
- Gather and document client feedback
- Share insights with the Senior Account Manager and internal partners to support continuous improvement
- Support contract tracking, renewals, and documentation processes
- Track timelines and required actions
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure consistent follow-through to completion
- Maintain strong organization across multiple priorities and deadlines
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years’ experience in account management, client success, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and drive work to completion
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
