About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end to end product strategy for One Pass core products across Medicare and Employer segments.
  • Continuously assess market trends, client needs, competitive offerings, and end user behavior to ensure One Pass remains relevant and differentiated.
  • Champion the evolution of the One Pass product portfolio to drive competitiveness and long term growth.
  • Define and maintain a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Growth and Sales to incorporate market feedback, inform competitive positioning, and support forward-looking product messaging.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients, buyers and decision makers, and end users.
  • Collaborate with UX and Experience teams to deeply understand buyer journeys, member needs, and usability gaps.
  • Define and manage investment priorities across features, capabilities, and enhancements.
  • Make clear, date-driven tradeoffs to focus resources on the highest value opportunities.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable product artifacts, including clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Technical Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible, well-scoped, and aligned to delivery timelines.
  • Drive efficient execution while maintaining high standards for product quality and user experience.
  • Own and evolve the strategy for value-added benefits within One Pass.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience leading products, programs, or business portfolios, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or adjacent industries
  • Demonstrated ability to own, evolve and deliver on a product roadmap within complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical artifacts
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of making informed, data-driven tradeoff decisions
  • Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic tactical levels.
  • Experience in healthcare, including health plans, Medicare products, or employer-sponsored benefits (preferred)
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital consumer products, platforms, or marketplace models (preferred)
  • Experience managing partner driven or benefit based product offerings (preferred)
