Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical and healthcare economics lens for the One Pass+ Access to Value transformation.
Drive capability design, test hypotheses, and risk innovation.
Represent clinical buyers’ perspective at health plans.
Ensure solutions are clinically credible and economically sound.
Lead product incorporating HEDIS measures and quality initiatives.
Support development of evidence strategies and ensure clinical rigor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of professional experience in healthcare, digital health, or managed care, 10 years of experience total.
Experience as a Product Manager or Product Leader for a digital health or condition management solution (e.g., diabetes, MSK, cardiovascular)
Strong understanding of HEDIS and Medicare Stars
Familiarity with health plan quality programs
Clinical and medical decision-making frameworks
Experience collaborating with clinical stakeholders (Medical Directors, CMOs, quality leaders)
Prior experience working at a health plan, digital health product, or with payer clients (preferred)
Exposure to clinical studies, pilots, or evidence generation for health plans (preferred)
