About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and build the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
Implement and leverage an RFP management system to manage content, coordinate contributors, and maintain version control.
Write, edit, and assemble clear, concise, customer-ready proposal responses aligned with brand voice and go-to-market messaging.
Synthesize technical, legal, security, and commercial inputs into cohesive, well-structured and persuasive answers.
Drive cross-functional collaboration by setting timelines, defining ownership, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve proposal content libraries, templates, and standardized responses.
Perform rigorous quality reviews to ensure submissions are complete, consistent, and error-free.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2–5 years of experience in RFP management, proposal coordination, sales operations, or a related role.
Exceptional written communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading customer-facing content.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience using RFP or proposal management tools.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive work forward in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
