About the role

  • Support all entities and free-standing outpatient imaging centers.
  • Transform clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, Power BI development, and executive-level reporting.
  • Perform end-to-end data analysis.
  • Pull, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Identify trends, outliers, and performance gaps.
  • Conduct clinical and operational audits.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and defensibility of reported data.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, radiologists, and hospital leadership.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data sources, reports, and dashboards.
  • Stay current on best practices in healthcare analytics, Power BI, and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MS Analytics, or related) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or radiology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical metrics preferred.
