Senior Account Manager – Retail
RalcoSenior Retail Account Manager driving sales growth across retail accounts while positioning Ralco as a trusted partner. Focusing on new account acquisition and strengthen distributor relationships in the United States.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive profitable sales growth across the assigned portfolio of retail accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new retail accounts to expand channel footprint.
- Create and implement tailored account strategies for top retail customers.
- Establish and maintain active engagement with all key distributor partners.
- Maintain CRM compliance by documenting all customer interactions, account activity, forecasting, and opportunities.
- Lead the introduction and adoption of new Ralco products into existing accounts.
- Conduct regular store checks to ensure proper product placement and compliance.
- Analyze category performance and shelf assortment to identify product gaps and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with retail marketing teams to develop and execute joint social media and marketing campaigns.
- Train retail and distributor staff on Ralco products and programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of related sales or account management experience required.
- Retail channel experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
