About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive profitable sales growth across the assigned portfolio of retail accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new retail accounts to expand channel footprint.
  • Create and implement tailored account strategies for top retail customers.
  • Establish and maintain active engagement with all key distributor partners.
  • Maintain CRM compliance by documenting all customer interactions, account activity, forecasting, and opportunities.
  • Lead the introduction and adoption of new Ralco products into existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular store checks to ensure proper product placement and compliance.
  • Analyze category performance and shelf assortment to identify product gaps and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with retail marketing teams to develop and execute joint social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Train retail and distributor staff on Ralco products and programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of related sales or account management experience required.
  • Retail channel experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
