About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work within the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team
  • Support Learning and Development and Talent Management teams
  • Provide Tier 2 global support for LMS and training enquiries
  • Assist in creating reports for learning metrics
  • Support administration of external learning platforms
  • Create and maintain global courses on LMS
  • Manage the DiSC and EPIC platform
  • Collaborate with global Corporate Communications to send out marketing materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Experience managing and executing on coordination of different learning and development programs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance
  • Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working with an LMS is beneficial but not required
