Learning and Development Operations Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team
- Support Learning and Development and Talent Management teams
- Provide Tier 2 global support for LMS and training enquiries
- Assist in creating reports for learning metrics
- Support administration of external learning platforms
- Create and maintain global courses on LMS
- Manage the DiSC and EPIC platform
- Collaborate with global Corporate Communications to send out marketing materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Experience managing and executing on coordination of different learning and development programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance
- Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
- Experience working with an LMS is beneficial but not required
