About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive pipeline growth for advertising and affiliate marketing solutions
- Own integrated demand generation programs
- Partner closely with Sales and Product
- Use data to continuously optimize performance
- Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns
- Own marketing funnel performance
- Manage marketing operations workflows
- Partner with Sales Enablement
- Develop positioning and messaging
- Support go-to-market efforts for new product features
- Build and manage retailer-focused content
- Track, analyze, and report results
- Manage budget and vendor relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience (demand gen, growth, or integrated marketing)
- Experience marketing to retailers (enterprise or multi-location brands)
- Familiarity with retailer KPIs (ROAS, incremental revenue, CAC/LTV, basket size, loyalty, omnichannel)
- Experience with partner/affiliate ecosystems, publisher networks, or retail media
- Experience running ABM programs and/or verticalized campaigns by retail segment
- Hands-on experience with: HubSpot, Salesforce and Seismic
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and execution skills
