About the role

  • Provide first- and second-level support to all employees for hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Manage IT support tickets conscientiously and communicate clearly, comprehensively, and promptly.
  • Track, manage, and maintain IT assets across RaiseNow.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and other IT equipment.
  • Support company-wide rollouts of tools, updates, and system changes.
  • Own Google Workspace administration and support SaaS tools and productivity software (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom).
  • Maintain IT documentation (e.g., FAQs, setup guides, asset inventory) and manage onboarding and offboarding processes (user accounts, access rights, hardware setup).
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
  • Treat proactive, clear communication as an essential part of your work.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with macOS and MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji).
  • Experience working in a UNIX environment and with Google Workspace.
  • Experience with LDAP, SCIM, and SSO.
  • Experience with asset management and SaaS management platforms, including integrations with third-party tools.
  • Knowledge of current hardware and software.
  • C1-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
