About the role
- Provide first- and second-level support to all employees for hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage IT support tickets conscientiously and communicate clearly, comprehensively, and promptly.
- Track, manage, and maintain IT assets across RaiseNow.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and other IT equipment.
- Support company-wide rollouts of tools, updates, and system changes.
- Own Google Workspace administration and support SaaS tools and productivity software (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom).
- Maintain IT documentation (e.g., FAQs, setup guides, asset inventory) and manage onboarding and offboarding processes (user accounts, access rights, hardware setup).
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Treat proactive, clear communication as an essential part of your work.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience with macOS and MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji).
- Experience working in a UNIX environment and with Google Workspace.
- Experience with LDAP, SCIM, and SSO.
- Experience with asset management and SaaS management platforms, including integrations with third-party tools.
- Knowledge of current hardware and software.
- C1-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
