About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct email and phone outreach to Trip Winners
- Coordinate travel dates with vendors or the internal team
- Request post-trip feedback from Trip Winners
- Manage travel itineraries, including flights, activities, tours, dinners, and other client needs
- Offer additional nights or upgrades
- Research and book add-ons with vendors
- Identify ways to improve the guest experience
- Provide on-call concierge services
- Address needs outside the packaged experience
- Participate in problem-solving and present solutions to the team
- Manage tasks and input data in HubSpot CRM
- Assist the Booking Team with quarterly projects
- Attend quarterly team gatherings, at least three of which will be in Southern California
- Participate in weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Self-starter able to independently manage a schedule in a 100% remote role
- Experience in product development, design, or another similar role developing consumer experiences
- Travel industry experience is a plus
- Growth mindset
- Google Workspace proficiency is a plus but not required
- Prior HubSpot knowledge is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience
- Time management and organizational skills required
- Ability to accept and grow from feedback
- Proactive and independent problem-solving ability
- Customer service skills required
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Resume, cover letter, and a drawing of a paper airplane flying through the universe required to start the process
