About the role
- Lead the sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth across Physical Therapy/Rehab healthcare markets
- Manage and mentor a team of New Logo Account Executives (AEs)
- Oversee sale of Raintree product lines including EHR/PM Software, SaaS offerings, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and third-party partner products
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales strategy for penetrating new logo PT and rehab environments
- Own meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets across product lines
- Identify and prioritize high-potential market segments and expand Raintree’s footprint
- Drive strategic business development initiatives and build relationships with C-suite executives
- Oversee pipeline development: prospecting, qualification, and closing of new business opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and regular pipeline performance reporting
- Act as executive sponsor for key partnerships and maintain partner engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market strategies
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to maintain competitive offerings
- Guide sales team through full sales cycle including negotiation, contract management, and customer onboarding
- Report to VP of Sales and represent Raintree at industry events and customer meetings up to 50% travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales leadership or management role
- Experience in SaaS and/or healthcare IT environments preferred
- Proven success in growing sales teams and scaling revenue in a highly regulated industry (Healthcare IT, FinTech, etc.)
- Experience selling EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM, and/or other complex software solutions preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including experience selling into Physical Therapy or adjacent healthcare sectors
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales forecasting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
