About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Regional Strategic Platform Architect serves as a pivotal bridge between sales, services, and product teams, ensuring clients receive best-in-class solutions that align with their event planning lifecycle needs.
  • This role blends a strong front-facing sales presence with deep technical expertise, supporting sales efforts, architecting solutions, and influencing product development to drive innovation and customer success.
  • This individual will work closely with sales teams to support new business opportunities, upsell existing customers, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Additionally, they will collaborate with services and product teams to pass over requirements, identify product needs, and drive best practices in solution architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or implementation, with 3+ years specifically in CRM/Salesforce ecosystems (event industry experience is secondary)
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, API push/pull sync dynamics, OAuth scopes, and data hygiene
  • Experience presenting technical integration concepts and handling objections from C-level executives and technical gatekeepers
  • Strong leadership skills to own the technical sales process and manage multiple enterprise deal cycles in parallel
  • Experience creating detailed technical proposals, integration mapping, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses
  • BA/BS degree; willingness to travel 10-40%
