About the role
- Serve as a technical advisor in sales engagements, helping prospects and customers understand RainFocus' capabilities and value proposition.
- Architect and deliver compelling product demonstrations to highlight the platform’s ease of use and expansive capabilities.
- Engage with prospects to identify solution requirements and develop contractual scope language.
- Support responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical feasibility.
- Assist in creating SOWs to ensure smooth project execution by the services team.
- Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients, addressing objections and guiding them toward scalable solutions.
- Identify solutions for integrations and document complex integration requirements.
- Create requirements documentation and lead in providing a smooth hand off to implementation teams.
- Capture and synthesize client feedback to inform and influence product roadmap.
- Provide technical tours and demonstrations during onsite client events.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a software implementation, technical sales, or solution architecture role, preferably in enterprise event management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of RainFocus platform(Competitive software or industry experience a plus).
- Proven experience scoping and designing complex solutions, including integrations.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or client-facing role.
- BA/BS in a related field.
