  • Work across departments to craft marketing strategies that are smart, detailed, and fun to execute.
  • Give every piece of work the polish it deserves; everything that leaves the agency should shine.
  • Work hand-in-hand with media partners and vendors to nail down specs, deadlines, and smooth delivery of final assets.
  • Collaborate with Department Head and Client Success teams on monthly billing and project estimates—setting the stage for creative work that’s both bold and financially smart.
  • Keep budgets healthy and transparent, catching roadblocks before they pop up.
  • Track project hours daily to make sure we’re working efficiently and spending time where it matters most.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management (Marketing/Agency experience is preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
  • Other useful skills & knowledge: Basic HTML knowledge, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Authentic Relationship Building
