About the role
- Own client relationships at a senior level, serving as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Lead account strategy and growth, identifying new opportunities to expand partnerships and drive measurable business results.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure all work aligns with client goals and the agency’s creative standards.
- Oversee the health and profitability of your accounts, managing budgets, forecasts, and scopes of work.
- Mentor and manage account teams, providing coaching, structure, and clear direction to Account Managers.
- Anticipate client needs before they’re voiced, proactively offering solutions, ideas, and support.
- Represent Raindrop’s values in every interaction, modeling collaboration, humility, and excellence.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in client service, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand development, and creative processes.
- Excellent communicator, able to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Deep experience in managing scopes, budgets, and profitability.
- A track record of growing accounts and fostering long-term client relationships.
- People first mentality and experience managing a team.
