Key responsibilities & impact

Support global licensing strategy, regulatory applications and communications, and license maintenance for our stablecoin and related financial services products.
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel to prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.
Deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company that is funded by top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams.
Experience working at a fintech, crypto, stablecoin, payments, or banking institution (nice to have).
Exposure to global licensing regimes (U.S. state MTLs, EU EMI/PI licenses, MAS, FCA, VARA, etc.) (nice to have).
Experience coordinating with regulators or external counsel (nice to have).
Understanding of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and risk frameworks (nice to have).
Legal or compliance background (JD not required) (nice to have).
