About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and operational teams to ensure proper accounting treatment and support key business initiatives
Research, document, and present technical accounting positions; own resolution of critical issues with external auditors
Maintain accounting policies and procedures, partnering with stakeholders to operationalize them across the business
Build scalable reconciliation frameworks supporting the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements
Support the review of consolidated financial statements and statutory reporting for international subsidiaries
Prepare GAAP financial statements for year-end audit and analyze revenue contracts for compliance with ASC 606
Drive automation and efficiency improvements across manual close processes
Communicate financial results clearly to leadership and key stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accountants in a collaborative environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of relevant accounting experience
Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
Proven ability to build automated processes for large datasets and complex reconciliations
Experience leveraging AI for process automation, technical research, and memo preparation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment
