About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive process improvements and automation by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations
Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger
Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close
Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale
Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled
Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries
Analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606
Ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner
Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and acquisition integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency
Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment
