About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and controls
Assist in preparing responses to card network inquiries, audits, and compliance assessments
Monitor and track updates to Visa and Mastercard network rules
Partner with product and technology teams
Work closely with the Customer Experience team
Assist in identifying trends in dispute and chargeback activity
Help maintain procedure documentation and job aids
Support the complaints management process
Help monitor complaint trends and contribute to periodic reporting
Assist in reviewing customer-facing disclosures, communications, and marketing materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related function
Foundational knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard operating rules
Basic familiarity with Regulation E, Regulation Z, and UDAAP principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written communication skills
Collaborative working style
Bachelor's degree required
