About the role
- Own internal coordination for complex enterprise deals from late-stage pipeline through close
- Build and manage detailed deal timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams
- Track action items across Legal, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, and Implementation teams
- Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate with clear, recommended solutions
- Draft polished, client-ready communications, summaries, and presentations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure strong deal hygiene across the pipeline
- Create internal playbooks, templates, and tools to streamline cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, project management, enablement, executive support, or client-facing coordination
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to contract workflows, pricing approvals, and cross-functional deal processes
