Job Level

About the role

  • Lead and scale a high-performing events team of three, transitioning from an early-stage motion into a sophisticated, programmatic engine that drives predictable pipeline.
  • Design a multi-tiered event strategy tailored to our customer segments, ranging from high-volume presence at major HR tech conferences to bespoke, "white-glove" experiences for Strategic and Large Enterprise accounts (10k+ employees).
  • Own the creative narrative for all physical activations, ensuring our shift from "Earned Wage Access" to a "Financial Health" platform is woven into every touchpoint.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to ensure event strategies support our HCM and payroll partners (ADP, Workday, etc.) and drive both employer adoption and employee utilization.
  • Architect "wow" experiences that break through the noise of the HR tech space, focusing on high-impact engagement for C-suite and VP-level prospects.
  • Manage the full events P&L, meticulously tracking budget allocation and establishing a clear framework for measuring Event-Sourced and Event-Influenced pipeline.
  • Standardize event operations by building a library of repeatable playbooks, vendor relationships, and tech workflows that allow the team to execute flawlessly at scale.
  • Drive cross-functional synergy between Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure event content is relevant, leads are followed up on instantly, and product updates are showcased effectively.
  • Analyze and iterate on event performance, using data-driven insights to sunset underperforming tactics and double down on high-ROI activities.
  • Serve as a visible leader within the GTM team, advocating for the events function in executive discussions and contributing to the overall brand strategy.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to balance innovation with practical execution
  • Experience with product launches, partner events, or corporate conferences is a plus
