About the role
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and roadmapping to launch and scaling
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, risk, and marketing teams
- Define OKRs and success metrics to align product goals with company strategy
- Translate complex requirements into clear documentation for engineering and design
- Model product economics in partnership with data science to manage fraud and loss rates
- Lead discovery and experimentation to iterate on prototypes and new features
- Communicate updates and risks directly to executive leadership
Requirements
- At least 5 years in Product Management, specifically within fintech or financial services
- Full-stack owner capable of running entire workstreams, not just features
- Data-proficient thinker using SQL, Looker, or Grafana
- Strategic & tactical expert thriving in structured ambiguity
- Effective Influencer across technical and business domains
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact, consumer-facing products.
