About the role

  • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets
  • Define, build, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase)
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, and customer segmentation
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and model Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Work with Engineering to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Translate complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
  • Expert-level SQL, capable of writing complex, optimized queries (e.g., in Snowflake)
  • Proven experience creating dashboards using tools like Looker, Apache Superset, or similar
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for statistical analysis
  • Strong understanding of statistical principles (e.g., hypothesis testing) and experience with A/B testing
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into data-driven projects
