About the role
- Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets
- Define, build, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase)
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, and customer segmentation
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests
- Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and model Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Work with Engineering to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Translate complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
- Expert-level SQL, capable of writing complex, optimized queries (e.g., in Snowflake)
- Proven experience creating dashboards using tools like Looker, Apache Superset, or similar
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical principles (e.g., hypothesis testing) and experience with A/B testing
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into data-driven projects
