About the role
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from conception to execution
- Turn broad strategic goals into actionable project plans and ensure teams are aligned
- Build robust financial models, capacity plans, and forecast scenarios in Excel/Google Sheets to guide resource allocation and budgeting
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and design scalable processes
- Define and track company-wide OKRs and departmental KPIs
- Investigate the 'why' behind the numbers and proactively flag risks to leadership
- Partner with the Data Analyst to ensure teams have access to the right data
- Translate complex data sets into executive-level presentations and memos that drive decision-making
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a Strategy/Analytics role at a high-growth tech company
- Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling: Top 1% of Excel/Google Sheets users (models are clean and auditable)
- Proficiency building visualization clarity through decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and familiar with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
- Structured Problem Solver able to break down messy, open-ended problems
- Verify the numbers and know how to extract insights to support arguments
- Excel at synthesizing complex information into crisp, clear, concise, and compelling narratives
