About the role
- Hire, lead, motivate, and galvanize a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Create a framework for career progression and support the development of your team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to Mid-Market Account Executives to enhance their skills managing pipeline, demoing the product, and closing deals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement and RevOps teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the AE performance.
- Report upon key metrics related to qualified pipeline targets.
- Coordinate with our Partnerships Team to drive sales leads and opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, front line managing an Account Executive team in HR Tech or FinTech
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting techniques, and lead generation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive strategy and decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
