About the role

  • Hire, lead, motivate, and galvanize a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Create a framework for career progression and support the development of your team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to Mid-Market Account Executives to enhance their skills managing pipeline, demoing the product, and closing deals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement and RevOps teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the AE performance.
  • Report upon key metrics related to qualified pipeline targets.
  • Coordinate with our Partnerships Team to drive sales leads and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, front line managing an Account Executive team in HR Tech or FinTech
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting techniques, and lead generation strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive strategy and decision-making
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
