• Invoice Reconciliation and Customer Balance Review: Address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging.
• Credit Assessment: Evaluate credit risk of new and existing employers.
