Accountant

• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung für unsere niederländische Gesellschaft
• Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach US-GAAP in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern und unter Berücksichtigung der niederländischen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
• Verantwortung für niederländische Umsatzsteuer (BTW) und gesetzliche Meldungen
• Ansprechpartner für externe Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer in den Niederlanden
• Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
• Durchführung von Intercompany-Transaktionen innerhalb unseres internationalen Konzerns
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung buchhalterischer Prozesse sowie Schnittstellen zum Accounting-Team
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen Team in den Niederlanden

Accountant – Netherlands

• Independently manage the day-to-day accounting for our French entity
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements under US GAAP in collaboration with external advisors, taking into account French accounting regulations
• Prepare and monitor French VAT returns and other statutory filings
• Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors and authorities in France
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Execute intercompany transactions within our international group
• Support the development and automation of accounting processes and interfaces with the accounting team
• Work closely with the operational teams at our sites in France

Sales Engineer

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote solutions across industries such as water treatment, petrochemical production, refining, construction and environmental remediation
• Analyse and communicate market trends, opportunities and risks to management, including actionable recommendations
• Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to exceed customer expectations
• Provide inside sales support and actively support the promotion of safety-related products
• Plan and execute marketing activities, including online campaigns, social media and editorial content
• Prepare presentations, reports and internal communications
• Support and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry conferences from planning through execution
• Oversee the local depot, including material checks, quality assurance and status monitoring
• Ensure compliance with statutory Health & Safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and operational activities
• Support additional day-to-day business activities as required
