💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6; perform critical path analysis
- Monitor budgets, track labor claiming, and evaluate cost variances using Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Create reports and dashboards (Power BI or Excel) for stakeholder insights
- Evaluate change orders and manage subcontract processes
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee document control and monitor procurement to align with schedules
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years in heavy civil construction, preferably in rail transportation
- Experience with New York City transit projects and their requirements
- Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Excel; JD Edwards experience is a plus
- Strong data operations, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE credentials are valued
