About the role

  • Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6; perform critical path analysis
  • Monitor budgets, track labor claiming, and evaluate cost variances using Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Create reports and dashboards (Power BI or Excel) for stakeholder insights
  • Evaluate change orders and manage subcontract processes
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Oversee document control and monitor procurement to align with schedules

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years in heavy civil construction, preferably in rail transportation
  • Experience with New York City transit projects and their requirements
  • Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Excel; JD Edwards experience is a plus
  • Strong data operations, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE credentials are valued
